Sberbank provided Mercator with a guarantee worth 18 million euros on behalf of Agrokor, which is the amount that remains with the seller if the sale does not occur. This scenario is, however, difficult to imagine as an agreement on the transfer of shares after the final sale has already been signed, reports Slovenian Finance.
However, the reprogramming of Mercator’s loans is still awaited, which is expected to happen in October, and in the meantime, Mercator has announced that they are satisfied with the issuance of five-month commercial papers worth 6.6 million euros.
Mercator, however, did not want to disclose how they performed in the first half of the year.
