After Judge Mislav Kolakušić of the Commercial Court finally submitted a request for a review of the constitutionality of the Financial Operations and Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement Act this morning, which halted the pre-bankruptcy settlement in the company Dalekovod, that company has now also filed a constitutional lawsuit!
Dalekovod has today filed a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia against the decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb dated July 22, 2013, issued by Judge Mislav Kolakušić, which determined a halt in the proceedings for concluding the pre-bankruptcy settlement.
The lawsuit is, as explained, filed because the aforementioned decision violated some of the fundamental constitutional rights of the company Dalekovod d.d., namely the right to a fair trial, the right to equality before the law, and the freedom of entrepreneurship.
Dalekovod hopes that the Constitutional Court will “make a decision regarding the constitutional lawsuit filed today as soon as possible.”
