ZSE Dalekovod started the week with nearly 19 percent growth

The stock indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange began the week with a decline in value, with Crobex weakening by 0.43 percent to 1,842.69 points, and Crobex10 by 0.71 percent to 1,034.31 points.

Regular trading on the Exchange amounted to 9.6 million kuna, and two stocks made it to the millionaire list – Zvijezda and HT. The Zvijezda stock traded for 3.5 million kuna, with its price falling by 0.31 percent to 3,600 kuna. The HT stock achieved more than 1.8 million kuna in trading, with its price dropping by 2.35 percent to 179.22 kuna.

Following in trading volume is the Valamar Adria Holding stock with 552.1 thousand kuna in trading, with a price increase of 0.38 percent to 158.50 kuna. The Atlantic Group stock was sold for 256.4 thousand kuna, with its price falling by 1 percent to 597 kuna.

Today, the Dalekovod stock stands out with a gain, as its price increased by 17.78 percent to 26.50 kuna, with trading volume exceeding 126 thousand kuna. Today, a shareholders’ meeting of Dalekovod is being held, which is expected to make decisions on a simplified reduction of share capital to cover accumulated losses by reducing the nominal amount of shares from one hundred to ten kuna, followed by an increase in share capital through contributions in rights, by incorporating claims of creditors from the pre-bankruptcy settlement into the share capital up to a maximum amount of 9.2 million kuna. Additionally, the meeting is expected to grant the Management Board approval to increase the share capital through cash contributions up to 60 million kuna by issuing new shares within five years.

A hearing for the conclusion of the pre-bankruptcy settlement for Dalekovod was supposed to be held today, but this morning it was announced on the website of the Commercial Court in Zagreb that the hearing would not take place. The judge of that court, Mislav Kolakušić, determined that certain provisions of the Law on Financial Operations and Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement (ZFPN) are not in accordance with the Constitution and announced that he would seek an assessment of their constitutionality, thus ordering a halt in the procedure for concluding the pre-bankruptcy settlement for Dalekovod.

Among the more traded stocks, the price of the Croatian Postal Bank stock increased by 2.46 percent, ACI by 1.33 percent, and Ericsson Nikola Tesla by 0.58 percent, while the prices of Belje stocks fell by 1.15 percent and Ingra by 1.94 percent.
