The company AutoZubak has made the decision to sell its business shares in the company P.Z.Auto, according to a company statement.
New market opportunities arising from Croatia’s entry into the European Union have defined the long-term development of the Zubak Group through four main strategic directions. The first of the four is the strategic repositioning project of AutoZubak, which will be accompanied by a strong investment cycle, primarily in the further development of its own sales and service network. Based on the new strategy, AutoZubak, in agreement with Volkswagen and its previous partner Porsche Holding, has decided to sell its business shares in the company P.Z. Auto, and will direct its further activities towards a strong development of its own retail and service organization – explains AutoZubak, announcing an investment of 400 million kuna over the next 4 years in the development of its own projects.
The development of AutoZubak’s retail and service organization will be based on the construction and acquisition of new sales and service centers both in Croatia and beyond its borders, as well as on the direct import of parts and equipment to expand the offer and increase competitiveness, and on the repositioning of the Fleet Management project as the main driver of vehicle care development.
In addition to AutoZubak, the remaining three strategic directions include further development of the ORYX Group with an emphasis on maintaining the leading position of ORYX Rent a Car in the Croatian market and taking the leading position of ORYX Assistance, which today has more than 95 thousand members, in the roadside assistance sector for drivers, as well as further development of Crobuses through the design and production of buses and the development of Veladrion, a recently opened business tourism center in Žrnovnica. A detailed presentation of each of the four strategic directions will follow in September of this year.
