Finance ministers from G20 member countries concluded in Moscow that jobs and growth are their short-term priorities while the economic recovery remains fragile and uneven.
Ministers who met on Friday in Moscow in preparation for the G20 leaders’ summit in St. Petersburg in September also stated that they fully support the action plan of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) against the fiscal strategies of multinational companies that allow them to avoid taxes.
The OECD proposes the implementation of this plan over two years, but the ministers said they want milestones on the development of proposals and recommendations for the implementation of this 15-point plan.
