The retail chain Lidl Croatia will introduce some of the most famous Croatian products to the Hungarian market, such as prosciutto, štrukli, malvazija, plavac, and sea salt soap.
As reported by the retail chain, on Thursday, July 25, the Croatian thematic week will begin in all Lidl stores across Hungary, during which Hungarian customers will have the opportunity to try Croatian specialties and products from well-known Croatian companies.
Lidl entered the Hungarian market in 2004 with 12 stores and a logistics-distribution center, and today it has 158 stores and three logistics-distribution centers in Hungary, employing more than 3,500 people.
The retail chain Lidl Croatia plans to hold thematic weeks featuring Croatian products in Lidl stores across Europe. The Lidl group has more than 9,000 stores in over 20 European countries.
