Biograd na Moru expects 300 agricultural and food investors

The leading fair of innovations in agriculture and the food industry, AGRO ARCA, will be held this year from August 30 to September 1 in the very heart of the Adriatic, Biograd na Moru, and interested exhibitors can apply until August 19 of this year.

The sixth International Fair of Innovations, Eco Ideas, Products, and Technologies in Agriculture and the Food Industry will this year for the first time gather around 300 exhibitors from all over Croatia as well as exhibitors from Iran, Russia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Macedonia, Sweden, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other countries, with a record number of visitors expected.

The latest ideas, products, innovations, and technologies from Croatian and foreign innovators, entrepreneurs, craftsmen, and family farms will be presented on more than 1,000 square meters of exhibition space in the Biograd primary school hall, and alongside the official sales-exhibition fair, the organizers, the Association of Innovators of Croatia, the City of Biograd, and the Tourist Board of the City of Biograd, are preparing a rich gastronomic and entertainment program as well as expert lectures and gatherings on current topics in the field of agriculture and food production.

– By organizing the Agro Arca 2013 fair, we want to provide all participants with the opportunity to showcase their innovation and creativity as well as achievements in food production and processing innovation. This is also an opportunity for business people from Croatia and abroad to get acquainted with some of the latest achievements in agriculture and the food industry, as well as with achievements in the field of ecological and traditional food production – said the Secretary General of the Association of Innovators of Croatia, Vojislav Raušević, adding that one of the key themes of this year’s fair is renewable energy sources.

The Association of Innovators of Croatia invites innovators, farmers, entrepreneurs, and craftsmen from all over Croatia to showcase their innovations, products, and services in agriculture and the food industry in one of the most beautiful Adriatic tourist destinations, Biograd na Moru. Applications for exhibitors will be open until August 19 of this year.
