According to the QUDAL – QUality meDAL quality research for the year 2013/2014, Podravka is an example of top quality in the market for Croatian consumers, internet users in Croatia.
QUDAL research for the year 2013/2014 has been conducted continuously since January of this year, and to date, 4,800 respondents – internet users in Croatia aged over 15 years have been surveyed via a web questionnaire.
More than two hundred different market categories have been researched so far to find out what the preferences of Croatian buyers are when it comes to quality. Categories from the food sector, banking sector, telecommunications, retail, logistics, high technologies, etc. have been examined and analyzed.
Particularly interesting is the response of respondents to the so-called main question about which product or service they believe offers the highest level of quality in the Croatian market. The largest number of respondents answered this question with ‘Podravka’.
It is important to emphasize at the end that QUDAL research does not measure market shares or brand strength, but exclusively and solely the experience, satisfaction, and perception of respondents regarding the quality of service and offerings in the market.
