The General Assembly of Jamnica has made a decision to pay a dividend of 1580 kuna per share, which amounts to 34.9 million kuna for 22,126 shares.
As reported via the Zagreb Stock Exchange, 99.98 million kuna is allocated to retained earnings.
Additionally, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the company have been granted discharge.
