Brother and sister Zaninović from the company Tommaris kreativa have found a solution to improve communication within the community of building residents. And you don’t even have to get up from your computer.
The portal MojaZgradaOnline.hr is designed to facilitate the exchange of information among residents. Bulletin board, meeting minutes, reporting malfunctions, financial reports, forum… these are some of the features of the user pages, and the creative duo notes that until September 1, user pages can be contracted for free.
In addition to communication among residents, the pages can also be used for better acquaintance with neighbors. By selecting the ‘Who is my neighbor’ function, it is possible to gain insight into the data about the residents of one’s own building (which they form themselves), and through the ‘Resident Recommendations’ browser, one can recommend a quality plumber, parquet layer, nanny, and so on in the manner of a good neighbor. And perhaps a coffee agreement or a joint trip to the park might happen, although that seems like a ‘retro’ thing in today’s time.
