Today, a fierce debate took place in the Parliament regarding the proposal for the Law on Strategic Investment Projects.
The opposition refers to this law as a shortcut. And shortcuts often end with a broken head, reminds HDZ member Domagoj Ivan Milošević, who relayed a conversation with a German investor:
So the man asks me, do you know what ABC means? Anything but Croatia, or everything but invest in Croatia! HDSSB member Bora Grubišić is also concerned about another, corrupt abbreviation: IMT – is there me here?
The debate was an opportunity for yet another parliamentary round of we are – you are reckoning. Look at what bureaucratic obstacles, what mental barriers you have left for our investors, criticized SDP member Domagoj Hajduković to the HDZ members.
His party colleague Franko Vidović engaged in a duel with HDZ member Dujomir Marasović, who said about Deputy Prime Minister Branko Grčić that he constantly talks about how we will have a better life in a year. And now he has moved to 2016, he has already come to 2018 and 2025. So who is that Grčić? What kind of economic strategist is he?, asked Marasović.
Vidović immediately responded – you spent two years passing laws in an urgent procedure about cemeteries. I will just say, here we are cleaning your cemeteries for two years, cleaning what you left behind, he said.
Independent MP Damir Kajin tells the HDZ members: Where your foot has passed, it grows, we Istrians would say ribida, thorn.
