Dukat establishes a company in Bulgaria

Dukat has announced the establishment of a new company in Bulgaria via the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

The management of Dukat made a decision on July 1 to establish a new trading company in Bulgaria, Lactalis Bulgaria EOOD, Sofia, it was briefly announced.

Dukat is the founder of the new company with a 100 percent business share.
