The celebration in the Banski Dvori and on Markov Trg concluded with a joint photograph of Croatian hosts and their distinguished guests, who came to commemorate Croatia’s accession to the European Union.
The southern side of the historic St. Mark’s Church serves as the backdrop for the group photo that will remind the hosts and their guests of this day and the fact that Croatia has become the 28th member of the European Union.
The hosts, Presidents of the Republic, Government, and Parliament, Ivo Josipović, Zoran Milanović, and Josip Leko, along with Foreign Minister Vesna Pusić and their guests then proceeded to the Klovićevi Dvori, where a formal dinner was prepared for them.
