Deputy Minister of Agriculture Snježana Španjol opened a new dairy plant Natura-Milk in Đurđevac, owned by entrepreneurs Ivica Jajić and Milorad Grbić.
The mentioned duo established the company Natura-Milk six months ago, took over the bankrupt company Natura Agro, and started production.
According to co-owner of Natura-Milk Ivica Jajić, approximately 37 million kuna has been invested in this business since then, and this line for the production of long-life milk is not the end of the investment story for this dairy. Currently, about thirty people work at the dairy, and with the opening of this line, another twenty employees will be hired.
As added by the other co-owner of the dairy, Miodrag Grbić, the business plan is to produce and distribute first-category milk throughout Croatia.
– I started this business twenty years ago and dreamed of production, and today that dream has come true. For that production to be possible, you need to have cooperators or milk producers, technological prerequisites, people who work, and product placement. All of this is necessary for production, and we have it all – concluded Grbić.
