Raiffeisen Bank could become the new owner of the international leasing business of Volksbank. Currently, negotiations are underway, as revealed by Raiffeisen Bank International, but no decision has yet been made.
It is worth noting that the Austrian Volksbank has recently officially begun the process of selling Volksbank Leasing International (VB-Leasing International), which must be concluded by the end of next year at the latest. VB-Leasing International is one of the pioneers of leasing business in Central and Eastern Europe and is considered one of the most stable providers of leasing services.
