Final Investments in Lipovljani Infrastructure

In Lipovljani, the final phase of the arrangement of roads related to the Blatnjača business zone has begun, located between the Zagreb-Lipovac highway and the Zagreb-Tovarnik railway line.

The Blatnjača business zone covers 120 hectares, and the arrangement of roads is financed 70% by the Ministry of Regional Development and EU funds, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts, and from EU pre-accession funds.

– For us, the arrangement of Industrial Street, which connects us to the business zone, is of exceptional importance, as construction work on a new junction should begin next year, which would provide Lipovljani, as well as our current and future entrepreneurs, with direct access to the highway – said Mario Ribar, the mayor of Lipovljani, to Hina.

Currently, more than ten million kuna is being invested in the Lipovljani infrastructure – the arrangement of streets and the sewage and collector system in the upper part of Lipovljani.
