New Developments from Hewlett-Packard Presented

The IT multinational Hewlett-Packard today presented news from its global offering for the Croatian market.

Thus, redesigned HP ENVY 15 and HP ENVY 17 laptops were introduced, featuring a metal casing with rounded edges in black and silver.

HP also introduced the HP ProBook 400 series of laptops, which consists of four models for small and medium-sized enterprises. Available in three flat screen sizes (44, 40, and 33.8 cm) and equipped with a range of Intel and AMD processors, the new HP ProBook 400 series laptops are up to 36 percent thinner and 18 percent lighter than the previous generation of laptops. They also feature a Meteorite Grey casing with aluminum accents.

Specifically developed for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, the HP 200 series of business laptops is offered with a 39.6 cm display and a full range of wireless options. Business laptops from the HP ProBook 400 and HP 200 series are expected to be available in Croatia in July 2013.

HP also presented its Officejet 7610 multifunction device, which provides scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities. With wireless connectivity options, this ‘all-in-one’ device represents a combination of efficiency and professionalism, providing customers with flexibility when creating content. The HP Officejet 7610 prints color documents in various sizes – from 7.6 x 12.7 to 33 x 48 cm. According to ISO standards, the printing speed for black and white documents is up to 15 pages per minute, and in color up to 6 pages per minute. The printer has a copying resolution of up to 600 x 1200 dpi in black (text and images) and up to 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi in color (text and images).

There are also two new HP Officejet Pro printers available on the market this year. The HP Officejet Pro 251dw printer and the multifunction printer (MFP) HP Officejet Pro 276dw enable professional and reliable printing, with up to 50 percent lower printing costs per page compared to laser printers.

HP introduced a fresh, new offering, including the world’s first display with an integrated Beats Audio solution with HP’s touch-sensitive laptop – the HP Pavilion TouchSmart Sleekbook. The latest HP Sleekbooks are powered by AMD A-series APU processors and feature a 15.6-inch high-definition (HD) display; up to 1 terabyte of storage for applications, movies, music, photos, and documents. Dolby Advanced Audio; a removable battery, as well as a numeric keypad to enhance productivity.

HP also introduced the HP SlateBook x2, a detachable PC that provides full laptop functionality with a detachable display.

The HP SlateBook x2 is the first detachable Android device with an NVIDIA Tegra 4 mobile processor, allowing users to enjoy more realistic gaming, fast web browsing, and high-definition (HD) video playback, along with access to the TegraZone app. The HP SlateBook x2 joins the HP ENVY x2 as part of HP’s portfolio of detachable PCs.
