HEP’s profit for the year 2012 of 309.3 million kuna is mostly allocated to retained earnings, while a smaller portion goes to legal reserves, HEP announced on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
According to the report on the decisions of the Supervisory Board and the General Assembly, held on June 6, the profit of HEP d.d. for 2012 is allocated to legal reserves in the amount of 15.4 million kuna, while 293.8 million kuna goes to retained earnings.
The Assembly approved the unconsolidated financial statements according to which the total revenue of HEP d.d. for 2012 amounted to 13.73 billion kuna, and total expenses were 13.44 billion kuna.
Consolidated reports for the HEP Group were also approved, in which total revenue was reported at 14.08 billion kuna, expenses at 13.98 billion kuna, while profit amounted to 71.2 million kuna.
