Milanović with Rosneft Representatives on Possible Business Opportunities

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, met today at Banski Dvori with representatives of Rosneft Oil Company, discussing the possibility of cooperation in the fields of exploration, refining, storage, and transportation of oil and gas, as well as potential collaboration in the area of electricity generation, reported the government’s Public Relations Office.

Prime Minister Milanović expressed interest and emphasized Croatia’s openness to all investors who possess knowledge and resources, stating that they are welcome in the Croatian market on an equal footing with others.

The discussion included Igor Sechin, President of Rosneft Oil Company, First Vice President Eduard Khudaynatov, and Vice President Željko Runje.

Also present at the meeting were Minister of Economy Ivan Vrdoljak, Head of the State Office for State Property Management Mladen Pejnović, and Special Advisor to the Prime Minister Siniša Petrović.
