TriGranit Management Corporation (TGM) has been awarded the ‘Company of the Year for Property Management’ at the 8th Europa Property Awards 2012 held in Bucharest on May 16, 2013.
The awards are presented to leading companies in programming, consulting firms, leasing brokerage companies, investment firms, banks, professional service firms, law and architectural offices, as well as project management and property management companies from Southeast Europe for their activities and achievements during 2012.
Companies are evaluated based on their overall market contribution, quality of customer service, market innovation, financial success, leadership, and market entry.
