The General Assembly of INA has made a decision to distribute a dividend to shareholders in the total amount of 343.6 million kuna, or 34.36 kuna per share, it was announced today by INA.
Shareholders acquire the right to receive the dividend on June 17 of this year, and it will be paid in cash, no later than July 17, the announcement states.
INA’s profit for the year 2012 amounted to 1.32 billion kuna. In addition to 343.6 million kuna for dividends, the assembly decided to allocate 66.1 million kuna to legal reserves and 913.4 million kuna to retained earnings.
According to data from INA’s website, MOL owns 49.08 percent of INA’s shares, the Government of the Republic of Croatia holds 44.83 percent, while private and institutional investors own 6.08 percent of the shares.
MOL would thus receive a dividend of 168.6 million kuna, the Government slightly more than 154 million kuna, and private and institutional investors 20.9 million kuna.
The assembly granted discharge to the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board for the business year 2012 and made decisions regarding the expansion of the company’s activities.
For example, among the activities, the supply of ships and vessels with drinking water, market research and public opinion polling, provision of information society services, organization of consulting, seminars, and courses, computer and related activities, production, trade, and public display of audiovisual works, factoring, provision of media services for television and radio, services related to lending activities, etc. are added.
