The construction company Tehnika announced today that it has signed an additional contract for the continuation of the construction of a commercial building in Zagreb, worth 10.55 million euros.
With the client Vrbani Centar d.o.o. for real estate operations, Tehnika has signed an additional contract for the continuation of construction under the Contract for the construction of a commercial building at the location Rudeš (former Cimosa building).
The value of the contracted works is 10.55 million euros, excluding value-added tax.
Construction begins immediately, and completion, with the technical inspection carried out, is planned within 14 months from the signing of the contract, according to Tehnika’s statement.
