Pejnović Government Representative at INA Assembly

The Government of the Republic of Croatia held a telephone session today, June 3, 2013.

A Decision was made to appoint a representative of the Government of the Republic of Croatia in the mediation process with the Workers’ Union of HZMO, appointing Srećko Vuković, Director of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute, as the Government’s representative in the mediation process in the collective labor dispute. Furthermore, the Government agrees with the selection of mediator Danica Lisičar, proposed by the Workers’ Union of HZMO in the Request for initiating the mediation process.

The Government also adopted a Conclusion authorizing Mladen Pejnović, Head of the State Office for Management of State Property, to accept, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, at the meeting of the General Assembly of INA – Industrija nafte d.d., which will be held on June 5, 2013: the opening of the General Assembly and the determination of the list of participants; the Annual consolidated and unconsolidated financial report with the Independent Auditor’s Report for 2012, the Report on the status of the Company and the INA Group in 2012, and the Supervisory Board’s Report on the oversight conducted in 2012; the Decision on the use of profit of INA, d.d. in 2012; the discharge of the Management Board members for the business year 2012; the discharge of the Supervisory Board members for the business year 2012; the selection of the auditor for 2013; the Decision on amendments to the Company’s business activities – supplementing activities; the Decision on amendments and supplements to the Statute of INA, d.d.; the adoption of the complete text of the Statute of INA, d.d. and the repeal of the Statute of INA, d.d., from June 19, 2012 (complete text).
