In the Zagreb neighborhood of Novi Jelkovec, the Ministry of Construction and the Agency for Legal Transactions and Mediation in Real Estate (APN) will hand over the keys to the first 28 apartments from the rental program they are implementing.
We remind you that in mid-May, a model for renting state-owned apartments was presented to the public at a price of 20 kuna per square meter. It was also announced that in the future, citizens will be offered that if they decide to purchase the apartment, the rent will count towards the installment for the purchase of the apartment.
The key handover will be attended by the Minister of Construction and Spatial Planning Anka Mrak Taritaš, Deputy Minister Željko Uhlir, and APN Director Slavko Čukelj.
