Miroslav Repić, former member of the management board of Podravka, has found a new job, writes Poslovni.hr.
Repić will take over the position of Executive Director for Technology and Innovation at Franck at the beginning of June, and Poslovni.hr reports that his formal departure from Podravka resulted in a loss of six million kuna at the powdered products factory due to issues with the production facility he contracted.
Believing that he was unlawfully dismissed, the former member of Podravka’s management has initiated a labor dispute, which is ongoing. His main argument is that the damage occurred months after the procurement of the machine was contracted and that he is not responsible for it. If Repić wins the dispute, it will cost Podravka several million kuna.
