After a ten-day account blockade, the management of the publishing house EPH decided to initiate a pre-bankruptcy settlement for part of the companies within the holding.
These are the companies EPH, Gloria Grupa, 4 Media, EPH Media, Media nexus, and EPH Magazines.
– EPH has decided that some of its companies will utilize the legal option of a pre-bankruptcy settlement and, in agreement with the banks, restructure and improve their financial operations – announced the management in today’s edition of Jutarnji list.
There will be no changes in the regular publication of EPH’s editions or changes in the status of employees during the pre-bankruptcy settlement process. The pre-bankruptcy settlement does not include the companies Slobodna Dalmacija, Sportske novosti, Cropix, Europa digital, Arena, EPH direkt, and Dosis.
