The Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP) dedicated its traditional annual ‘Entrepreneurs’ Day’ to the theme ‘The Role of Entrepreneurship in the European Union’, and this year the gathering of entrepreneurs also marks the twentieth anniversary of HUP.
As announced, the participants were addressed by the President of the Republic Ivo Josipović, Prime Minister Zoran Milanović, as well as representatives of the International Organization of Employers and the European Commission. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Milanka Opačić and Branko Grčić, as well as Minister of Economy Ivan Vrdoljak, Minister of Entrepreneurship and Crafts Gordan Maras, Minister of Tourism Darko Lorencin, Minister of Environment and Nature Mihael Zmajlović, Minister of Construction Anka Mrak Taritaš, and Minister of Health Rajko Ostojić.
