Henkel Croatia has become the holder of the Employer Partner Certificate for the third time, thus confirming the quality of its human resource management.
The certificate was awarded to Blanka Žerjav, Human Resources Director of Henkel for the Adriatic region, by Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of SELECTIO, which grants the certificate.
Since 2010, when Henkel Croatia joined the Employer Partner Certificate project, there has been a continuous growth and development in all segments of human resource management. In the area of Recruitment and Selection, Henkel has demonstrated high-quality practices, starting from the employment plan itself, avoiding any forms of discrimination in the recruitment and selection processes, and generally being open to candidates.
Henkel achieved very good results in the area of Work, Motivation, and Rewarding, primarily due to a well-developed performance evaluation system that allows for feedback to employees, as well as a transparent reward system. In the area of Employee Relations, Henkel has excelled in internal communication, enabling two-way information exchange for all employees.
