The Supervisory Board of Jadranka from Mali Lošinj has proposed to the General Assembly the election of Neven Ivandić, Tatjana Braškić, Sanja Trajkov Komadina, and Neda Tališman Košuta to that body.
Additionally, it is stated that the Management and the Supervisory Board propose to the General Assembly that members of the Supervisory Board have the right to reimbursement of expenses and compensation for work, which consists of a fixed monthly amount of 1000 euros.
The General Assembly will be held on August 2 at 12 PM.
The company recorded a profit of 4.04 million kuna last year.
