Končar Elektroindustrija announced the acquisition of 120 pieces of its own shares, which constitute 0.005 percent of the share capital.
The shares were acquired on May 20, 2013, at an average price of 740 kuna.
Following this acquisition, Končar Elektroindustrija owns 397 pieces of its own shares, which represent 0.15 percent of the share capital, as well as the same number of votes at the General Assembly.
