Darko Dukarić, the President of the Management Board of PP Orahovica, submitted his resignation from this position on May 15th.
Therefore, as stated in the company’s announcement on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Supervisory Board has changed the powers of representation of the Management Board member Vlada Čondić Galinčić, so that from May 15th, he represents PP Orahovica individually and independently in the position of Management Board member-director.
