Flight attendants and pilots will be joined today in their strike, in a show of solidarity, by air traffic controllers in Zagreb and Split, causing traffic to flow slowly.
The new union – branches Zagreb-parking, Market Zagreb, and Water Supply and Drainage, along with the Independent Union of Workers of Zagrebparking, have also announced a solidarity strike with the pilots and flight attendants of Croatia Airlines today from 7 to 10 AM. Zagreb Holding has stated that the strike will not affect the regular operations of these branches.
The solidarity strike with the unions of Croatia Airlines has also been announced by the Locomotive Drivers’ Union, which will take place from 12 to 2 PM in freight and passenger transport. It should be noted that pilots and cabin crew at Croatia Airlines are on strike for the second day, continuing today as union representatives were unable to reach an agreement with the Management regarding their demands yesterday.
