In quiet trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the indices were slightly up around noon, with the focus of investors primarily on the shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla due to the approaching date for the right to participate in the dividend payout.
Around noon, the Crobex index was up 0.02 percent, at 1,918 points, while Crobex10 was up 0.04 percent, at 1,077 points. Regular trading in shares reached 2.83 million kuna, which is approximately the same as yesterday at this time.
– The indices were slightly up around noon, but the trading volume is very low. The most traded is the share of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, due to the approaching date for the right to participate in the dividend payout. Trading is very calm – emphasizes Nigela Bubalo, broker and member of the Management Board of the investment company Credos.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla is paying a dividend in the gross amount of 170 kuna per share, which implies a gross dividend yield of 11.11 percent. The ‘ex-dividend’ date is May 17.
This share has achieved the highest trading volume so far, amounting to 737,000 kuna. Its price weakened by 0.24 percent, to 1,520 kuna. Following is the share of HT, with a trading volume of 578,000 kuna. Its price remains stable at 208 kuna. A trading volume above half a million kuna was also achieved by the share of Ledo, with its price rising by 1.32 percent, to 8,448 kuna.
