The prices of motor gasoline will remain unchanged from midnight, while the prices of euro diesel will increase by five lipa per liter, and blue diesel and heating oil by six lipa per liter.
During this period, the highest prices of motor gasoline will remain at the current level, so eurosuper BS 95 will continue to be sold at the highest price of 9.99 kuna, eurosuper BS 98 at 10.30 kuna, and eurosuper BS 100 at 10.50 kuna.
The highest prices of diesel fuels will slightly increase, so the highest retail price of euro diesel BS from tomorrow can be 9.28 kuna, which is five lipa more than the previous 9.23 kuna.
Blue diesel and heating oil will increase by six lipa, so the price of blue-dyed gas oil marked euro will again exceed 6 kuna and amount to 6.02 kuna (previously 5.96 kuna), while the highest price of heating oil marked euro will be 6.44 kuna (previously 6.38 kuna).
The Ministry today announced the highest prices of derivatives in accordance with the Regulation on Determining the Highest Retail Prices of Oil Derivatives, according to which the change in prices of oil derivatives primarily depends on the movement of prices of oil derivatives in the Mediterranean market and the exchange rate of the US dollar.
According to the Regulation, the maximum allowed change in the highest retail price is three percent in the case of price increases, and in the case of price reductions, they can fall by a maximum of six percent.
Based on the Regulation, the Ministry of Economy calculates and publishes the highest retail prices of oil derivatives every 14 days, and oil companies can change prices during that period, but they must not exceed the maximum prices published by the Ministry.
