Belupo Increased Share Capital by 50 Million Kuna

Podravka has reported via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that the General Assembly of Belupo has made a decision to increase the share capital of the company from retained earnings.

In the annual financial reports of Belupo for the business year 2012, a profit of 81 million kuna is stated. By the decision of the sole shareholder Podravka d.d., the share capital of Belupo is increased from the amount of 154,025,800 kuna by the amount of 50,000,000 kuna, to the amount of 204,025,800 kuna.

The increase in Belupo’s share capital will be carried out from the company’s funds, by incorporating the profit of 50 million kuna into the share capital.

From the value of the increased share capital, the sole shareholder of Belupo, Podravka, acquires new shares, 500,000 pieces with a nominal value of 100 kuna each, with a total nominal value of 50 million kuna, and by acquiring new shares, the company’s share capital is divided into 2,040,258 shares.
