One of the strongest global tourism companies, TUI Travel, the Agrokor Group, and Karisma Hotels & Resorts are currently signing a historic agreement on a strategic partnership aimed at entering the hotel market in Croatia and the region.
According to unofficial information obtained by Poslovni.hr, the first goal of the joint company Karisma Hotels Adriatic is Kupari, a former military complex in the Dubrovnik region for which the state intends to grant the investor the right to build for 99 years.
As reported by Poslovni, this powerful trio will evidently be the main competitor to the Turkish Rixos, which has already confirmed its interest in Kupari. In addition to building new hotels, the collaboration also implies conquering new tourist markets, primarily distant markets in America, Mexico, and Brazil.
