The Index Committee conducted an extraordinary revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange index at its meeting on May 7, 2013.
The extraordinary revision is a consequence of the fact that on May 3, 2013, the company Ledo d.d. listed 93,750 ordinary shares on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange based on the Decision made at the company’s General Assembly on December 14, 2012.
– Considering that prior to the aforementioned increase in share capital, the company Ledo had 220,170 shares listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the additional issuance of 93,750 shares represents 42.6 percent of the existing number of shares, and it was necessary to conduct an extraordinary revision and include the additional shares in the calculation of the Crobex index – states the explanation on the Stock Exchange.
The free float factor of LEDO-R-A shares increased from 25 percent during the last regular revision to 45 percent as of May 3, 2013, which means that the number of shares of the company included in the CROBEX index will increase from 55,043 to 141,264.
The mentioned change in the number of shares of Ledo d.d. included in the composition of Crobex will be applied from May 15, 2013.
