The Franak Association will submit a report against the Croatian National Bank to the DORH tomorrow.
As a reminder, this Association recently complained that they have been waiting for two months for a response from the Croatian National Bank regarding their report against Zagrebačka and Splitska Banka.
As they explained at the time, they did not receive any feedback even after sending a reminder on March 21.
The Franak Association reported Zagrebačka and Splitska Banka to the Croatian National Bank in mid-February for, as they stated at the time, misleading existing loan users, which constitutes a violation of the provisions of the Obligations Act.
