ZSE: Badel Share at 40 Kuna, Ingra Down 7.5 Percent

The main stock indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange today recorded an increase in value, with the Crobex index up by 0.08 percent to 1,912.40 points, and the specialized Crobex10 index up by 0.23 percent to 1,073.67 points.

Of the six new indices, whose calculation the Zagreb Stock Exchange started on Friday, three ended the day in the positive – CROBEXindustrija (industrial production), CROBEXnutris (food production and processing), and CROBEXturist (tourism). The indices CROBEXkonstrukt (construction) and CROBEXtransport (transport), as well as the CROBEXplus index, ended their ‘first working day’ in the negative. The largest change, a decrease of 2.19 percent, was recorded by the CROBEXkonstrukt index.

The regular turnover of the Exchange today amounted to only 13 million kuna, with a million kuna turnover in regular trading achieved only by HT shares. HT shares had a turnover of 1.7 million kuna and decreased by 1.32 percent to 213 kuna.

The Atlantic Group shares achieved a block turnover of 3.7 million kuna at a price of 685 kuna, while in regular trading, the turnover for those shares amounted to only 12.5 thousand kuna, and their price decreased by 0.10 percent to 660.01 kuna.

Five shares had turnovers exceeding half a million kuna, of which the most traded was the share of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, with a turnover of 753.9 thousand kuna, which increased in price by 1.01 percent to 1,466 kuna.

The share of Badel 1862 achieved a turnover of 520 thousand kuna, and its price decreased by 3.92 percent to 40 kuna. The company reported today about the blocking of its account by its business partner Prvi faktor d.o.o., which, as stated, immediately upon the announcement of the proposal for opening pre-bankruptcy settlement proceedings, terminated the valid Contract for the fulfillment takeover and activated security instruments. Therefore, Badel submitted a proposal to the competent Settlement Council at Fina, which is conducting the pre-bankruptcy settlement proceedings, for the adoption of a temporary measure to halt the enforcement and security implementation.

The turnover of Ingra shares amounted to 512.6 thousand kuna, and their price decreased by 7.51 percent to 4.19 kuna, while the shares of Valamar Adria Holding, with a turnover of 510.8 thousand kuna, increased in price by 2.42 percent to 148 kuna.

The price of Leda shares increased by 0.46 percent to 7,942.01 kuna, with a turnover of 503.7 thousand kuna, while the price of the preferred shares of the Adris group, which had a turnover slightly below half a million kuna, fell by 0.35 percent to 287 kuna.

Among the remaining shares with six-digit turnover, significant price declines were recorded for Dalekovod shares (7.94 percent) and Industrogradnja group shares (4.99 percent), while shares of PBZ (4.76 percent), Jamnica (3.69 percent), Kaštelanski greenhouses (3.27 percent), Konzum (2.43 percent), Končar Elektroindustrija (2.13 percent), Kraša (2.04 percent), and others ended the trading day with a noticeable price increase.

It should be emphasized that PBZ announced today the payment of a dividend in the gross amount of 44.40 kuna, which will be decided by the general assembly at the end of March, while Agrokor, which operates together with Jamnica, announced its offer to acquire Konzum.
