Badel 1862 has reported the initiation of a proposal for a pre-bankruptcy settlement.
Through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, they also reminded that the sale of 65.8 percent of the state share in the company is ongoing.
The process is being conducted through the Agency for Management of State Property.
Let us recall, this company operated with a loss of 36.5 million kuna last year, which is a 1.6 percent smaller loss than in 2011 when it amounted to 37.2 million kuna.
