Dioki has confirmed via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that Crodux plin, owned by Ivan Čermak, has expanded its interest and is now considering possible participation in the restructuring of DINA Petrokemija.
– We expect to receive a comprehensive statement from Crodux plin regarding its final position and interest related to the restructuring in the next 10-15 days – stated Dioki.
Let us remind you, General Ivan Čermak confirmed last night for Dnevnik 3 HTV that he has renewed negotiations for the purchase of Dioki and DINA-Petrokemija.
– We expressed our initial interest two years ago. We are in negotiations with creditors, banks, and the Management of Dioki, and we are trying to find a model for our entry into Dioki and DINA, but the debts are very large. Whether we will succeed in this, aligning all the wishes of the creditors and the Management, will be known in about ten to fifteen days – said Čermak.
