IGH has announced a competition for the development of the conceptual design of the Savica mixed-use center on Marina Držić Avenue, which lasts until April 26 of this year.
The first prize is worth 150,000 kuna, the second 120,000, the third 90,000, the fourth prize 48,000 kuna, and there are also three one-time purchases of 40,000 kuna each.
The jury consists of Stefan Karall, Martina Kuschera, Krešimir Rogina, Borislav Doklesić, and Sanja Šaban.
