Canon has refreshed its line of home office printers with four new multifunction devices that offer productivity and software for home offices.
Among the four new devices in Canon’s offering, we highlight the Pixma MX395 model, which, although not the ‘strongest’ printer in the range, has everything an entrepreneur needs. Scanning and copying multi-page documents is quick and easy thanks to the fully integrated automatic document feeder with a capacity of thirty sheets. High-capacity XL ink cartridges are available that print a larger number of documents with lower ink consumption and without compromising quality. Canon’s My Image Garden software allows for easy switching between printing and scanning functions. It is an all-in-one platform that offers features that simplify processes for home office users. The platform includes software that streamlines scanning and offers automatic scanning of photos and documents, as well as the ability to merge scanned content. The new printers can directly scan documents to cloud services such as DropBox and Evernote and support the creation of password-protected PDF documents. They will be available from March 2013.
