The professional group for real estate business operating within the Croatian Chamber of Economy has defined the work objectives for 2013 for agencies authorized to conduct real estate business.
– We have noticed that very few people are still aware of the advantages that
conducting business through an authorized (licensed) agency brings them. Therefore, the professional group will actively work on informing citizens and developing the real estate market – stated the president of the Professional Group, Boris Rak.
The reason for turning to active information for citizens about the advantages of working with licensed agencies is the realization that an increasing number of legal entities and citizens are engaging in this activity illegally.
Namely, citizens need to be informed that the agencies authorized to conduct real estate business are only those registered in the Register of Brokers and the Directory of Agents, and this information is published, i.e., available on the website of the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
