Lidl Awarded Employer Partner for the Second Time

The retail chain Lidl Croatia has been awarded the ‘Employer Partner’ certificate for the second consecutive year, confirming that this company meets high standards of quality in human resource management.

The certificate was presented to Lidl’s Management Board member Goran Bjelica by Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of Selectio, the company that awards the Employer Partner certificate.
– Lidl Croatia stood out in this year’s certification process with the maximum number of points in the area of recruiting and selecting potential job candidates. This means that candidates interested in working at Lidl Croatia can expect to be selected solely based on their knowledge and skills, and that they will be respected and informed throughout the entire process – states the company’s announcement.
To obtain the ‘Employer Partner’ certificate, companies must undergo a complex certification process in which a team of experts from Selectio evaluates human resource management processes in various areas that are important for successful management of human potential. Special attention is paid in the certification process to strategic employee management, the process of attracting and hiring new workers, monitoring work performance, motivating and rewarding employees, training and developing workers, and the relationship with employees.
The ‘Employer Partner’ certificate for excellent management in the area of human resources and recruitment processes in the Croatian labor market was first awarded to Lidl in 2011.
