The former successful company of Saša Lončar and Hrvoje Prpić, HGspot real estate, is for sale for 559,798.55 thousand kuna, and the commercial inventory for 806,000 kuna.
According to the words of the bankruptcy trustee Zdravko Mitak, the inventory cannot be sold partially, and all interested parties can view the goods at the premises on Avenija Dubrovnik where the company is located.
– Theoretically, one kuna can be offered, but as stated in the advertisement, the right to reject the most favorable offer is reserved if it is detrimental to the general interest of the bankruptcy debtor – the bankruptcy trustee briefly commented for Lider. This is a company that owns HGspot Informatika, the only remaining part of the HGspot group that is not in loss.
HG Spot announced today via the Zagreb Stock Exchange the business report for the previous year, which shows that it operated at a loss of 54.69 million kuna last year. Business revenues last year amounted to 436 thousand kuna, compared to 31.8 million kuna in 2011. Expenses were reduced from 62.2 million kuna to 4.1 million kuna. The report also states that the comprehensive loss is 92.9 million kuna.
