Jadrolinija was granted approval for the prospectus for the listing of bonds on the regulated market at yesterday’s Hanfa meeting.
These are bonds valued at 11 million euros, issued in dematerialized form in a denomination of one euro, with an annual interest rate of 6.5 percent,
Maturity is in 2017.
