This year’s program for managing surplus employees includes a total of 276 employees of the Podravka Group. These employees will receive incentive severance payments of 4,500.00 kuna for each year of uninterrupted service at Podravka, according to the company’s statement.
As previously announced, following a recent meeting with representatives of the unions and the Workers’ Council of Podravka, the Management of Podravka decided to increase the amount of the incentive severance payment from the initially offered 3,000.00 kuna for each year of service to 4,500.00 kuna.
– I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the employees included in the management program for their contribution to the work of our company. The incentive program for managing surplus employees is a continuation of the restructuring process that is necessary and with which we want to optimize costs and increase business efficiency while ensuring job sustainability – stated the President of the Management Board of Podravka, Zvonimir Mršić. For this program, Podravka will allocate a total of around 39 million kuna.
