Possible Solution for Ljubljanska Bank in February

The foreign ministers of Croatia and Slovenia stated on Wednesday evening after a meeting in Brussels that it is possible to find a solution to the issue of Ljubljanska Bank during the next month, which would pave the way for the ratification of the Croatian accession agreement in the Slovenian parliament.

Croatian Foreign and European Affairs Minister Vesna Pusić and her Slovenian counterpart Karl Erjavec stated at a press conference after a two-hour meeting that they would meet again on February 6 in Slovenia together with two financial experts from both governments.

Both ministers emphasized that it is possible to find a solution for Ljubljanska Bank during February that would be accepted by both governments.
