The Supervisory Board of Hrvatski Telekom has appointed Nataša Rapaić as a member of the Management Board of HT and Chief Operating Officer for residential customers for a period of three years, starting from February 1, 2013.
Nataša Rapaić, currently the Chief Operating Officer of the Marketing Sector for residential customers, will replace Johan Busé, who resigned from the position effective August 1, 2012. In the meantime, the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer for residential customers has been taken over by Ivica Mudrinić, the President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer.
-“I am very pleased to welcome Nataša to the Management Board. She has already achieved excellent results, both in the Group and in the broader telecommunications field, and I look forward to working with Nataša in her new role,” said Mudrinić.
Nataša Rapaić joined HT in 2003. Two years later, she was appointed a member of the Executive Board of T-Com and Chief Marketing Officer. In 2010, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Marketing Sector for residential customers, and in this role, she significantly contributed to maintaining HT’s leading position in the market in segments that were particularly exposed to competitive pressure.
